Membership Details
To ensure all members receive the best possible experience, the following terms apply:
- Tour Discounts: The 15% tour discount applies to the active member and all guests included on the member’s reservation. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or combining memberships.
- Loyalty Reward: The “3rd Zip Free” reward applies exclusively to the named member’s individual ticket, not the entire party. This reward requires two prior Full Mountaintop Tours on separate visits.
- Retail Discount Usage: Friends and family are eligible for the 10% retail discount if purchases are made under the membership holder’s tab (Don’t worry, separate cards are accepted for retail!).
- Photo Benefits: Free media packages are available only for tours actively booked and attended by the member.
- Membership Validity: Benefits remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase. Memberships are non-transferable, and Highlands Aerial Park reserves the right to revoke a membership for any reason at any time.
- Loyalty benefits only applies to the owner of the membership.

What happens if I want to cancel my membership?
Memberships are non-refundable, and the park will not renew your membership without your permission.
What are the blackout dates?
The 15% off discount does not apply during July 3rd – 5th, Labor Day weekend, or Columbus weekend.
Does redeeming a voucher count towards my punchcard?
No, loyalty benefits are only tracked based on purchasing Full Mountaintop Tours.
